Job Description
Manage the full recruitment process from client acquisition through successful candidate placement.
Develop strong, consultative relationships with clients and advise them on hiring strategies and talent needs.
Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates using market knowledge, internal networks, and recruitment tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring demands.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new clients.
Take ownership of performance goals while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
Previous success in business development, recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with stakeholders.
