Responsibilities:
- This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings
- Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
- Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS
- Support offer process and hiring decisions
- Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution
Requirements:
- Please ensure that all submitted candidates have relevant retail experience, as profiles without this will not be considered.
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience
- ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred
- AI experience a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.
