Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Pay Range: $40 to $45/hour on W2

Senior Recruiter responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting for semiconductor, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and corporate hiring needs. The role requires an experienced recruiter who can independently manage requisitions, advise hiring leaders, source passive technical talent, and execute recruiting workflows in SmartRecruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requisition intake and develop targeted recruiting strategies based on business needs.
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and accepted-offer follow-through.
• Build and engage technical talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, and sourcing platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate, source, disposition, notes, and requisition data in SmartRecruiters.
• Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recruiting risks.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience while partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Independently manage recruiting assignments with minimal training or oversight.

Must Have

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven semiconductor industry recruiting experience.
• Strong technical recruiting experience across engineering, technology, manufacturing, product, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters, including workflow, database search, reporting, dispositioning, and data quality.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for complex searches, projects, pipelines, and candidate outreach.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong Boolean and X-ray search capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder consultation, prioritization, written communication, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to operate as a seasoned, self-sufficient recruiter with minimal training.
