Job Description:
You will join our Recruiting Team to manage a diverse portfolio of roles ranging from entry-level to experienced positions. This contract role offers full ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle, supporting hiring for multiple departments including Finance, Legal, Facilities, Safety, Product, Communications, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, and Fleet Operations. We need a creative, collaborative ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruiting process from initial intake to successful offer close.
  • Hiring Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to qualify role requirements and align on talent profiles.
  • Passive Sourcing: Actively find and engage top-tier, passive talent using advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through a world-class interview experience.
  • Decision Facilitation: Lead debriefs and drive hiring decisions with interviewers and company leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Independently identify and implement ways to optimize the candidate experience and pipeline efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Recruiting Experience: 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in highly competitive industries.
  • Domain Expertise: 2+ years of dedicated experience hiring for corporate, operations, or product functions.
  • Sourcing Capability: Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and external tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong background partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to deliver results within fast-paced, ever-changing work environments.
  • Evaluation Skills: Expert capability in assessing candidates for both technical competencies and behavioral fit.

Preferred Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • ATS Proficiency: Deep expertise leveraging Lever to track metrics, build pipelines, and drive strategies.
  • Industry Interest: A genuine passion for the autonomous vehicle and electric mobility space.
