As a Recruiter, you will join trak group's recruiting team and play a hands-on role in helping local professionals take the next step in their careers while supporting the growth of manufacturing teams throughout the region. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who is driven, people-first, and motivated by meaningful results.
What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and place manufacturing talent in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Develop genuine relationships with candidatesunderstanding their goals and guiding them through the process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through offers and next steps
- Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
What You Bring:
- A people-first mindset with the drive to deliver results
- Strong communication skills and confidence starting conversations
- Comfort with outbound outreachyou are not afraid to pick up the phone
- Solid time management, follow-through, and personal accountability
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is a plus
