We are supporting our client on a search for a Receptionist who will be the warm, welcoming face of their Miami office. This is a launchpad seat for someone early in their career who wants exposure to office, admin, and people ops.
You will be in-office five days per week in Brickell. We are intentionally open to recent grads and folks coming from hospitality, retail, or front desk work who want to grow into broader admin and operations roles.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and candidates warmly
- Answer phones and route inquiries appropriately
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain the front desk and common areas
- Support office and admin needs as they come up
- Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor passes
- Help with light event and catering logistics
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of front desk, hospitality, or retail experience
- Warm communication style and a service mindset
- Strong organization and reliability
- Comfort with Google Workspace and basic office tools
- In-office presence five days per week in Miami
- High school diploma or equivalent
