We're currently seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist/ Office Assistant to join a small business in Houston. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is ready to interview and start immediately.
Location: Houston, TX 77098
Schedule: Onsite
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls
Scan, file, and organize documents
Type letters and business documents
Manage incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Support additional data entry tasks as the role evolves
What We're Looking For:
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
Intermediate typing skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable candidate
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Professional communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a small business environment
Willingness to grow into additional responsibilities
