Salary & Benefits:
- $45,000-$50,000

Responsibilities:- Answer/transfer calls.
- Greet guests in a professional manner.
- Calendar management for 8 conference rooms.
- Set-up/clean-up of 4 conference rooms for meetings.
- Sort mail for distribution.
- General administrative support for team of 5, including calendar management, expense reports and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of corporate office support experience
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work well under pressure
- High level of professionalism and customer service
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong organizational skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Hours are 7:45-4:45; Punctuality is a must
- Position requires flexibility and a high level of confidentiality
