About this Role
The Real Estate Portfolio Specialist supports the management and optimization of Quanta Services'' global real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for executing and advising on portfolio activities across operating units, including lease transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio analytics. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure consistent execution, compliance with company policies, and alignment with enterprise real estate strategy.

Required Education and Experience• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Business.• 5+ years of relevant real estate experience, preferably supporting multi-site or enterprise portfolios.Preferred Education and Experience• Experience working with decentralized operating company structures.KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, lease structures, and portfolio management.• Ability to operate effectively within a decentralized organizational structure.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
