    Position Summary

    The RCS Manager leads Fripp Island Golf Club & Resort’s retail, convenience, recreation, seasonal, and mobile Food & Beverage operations. The portfolio includes Island Bites, 19th Hole, Sandbar, food trucks, pop-ups, grab-and-go, retail, and other assigned operations. This role develops RCS Assistant Managers and Key Supervisors, deploys labor and leadership across multiple concepts, protects the member experience, and drives disciplined financial and operational execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead daily execution across the RCS portfolio and ensure consistent opening, closing, service, cleanliness, and readiness.
    • Direct, coach, evaluate, and deploy RCS Assistant Managers.
    • Build and maintain the hourly Key Supervisor model within clearly defined authority.
    • Own RCS labor scheduling, productivity, overtime, and cross-utilization within approved budgets.
    • Drive revenue, retail-cost, beverage-cost, cash, waste, shrink, and operating-expense execution.
    • Maintain approved retail, grab-and-go, beverage, Toast, cash, food-safety, and responsible-service standards.
    • Partner with culinary leadership on food quality, production, sanitation, pars, and event support.
    • Lead seasonal openings, closings, food trucks, pop-ups, and approved new projects.
    • Develop employees and create internal bench strength across the portfolio.
    • Perform other reasonable duties related to RCS operations and business needs.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in hospitality, business, restaurant management, or related field, or equivalent multi-unit hospitality leadership experience.
    • Demonstrated experience leading high-volume restaurant, retail food service, recreation, resort, club, hotel, or multi-concept operations.
    • Strong labor, scheduling, cash, guest-recovery, retail, beverage, food-safety, and people-leadership skills.
    • Experience with POS, scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventory tools; Toast experience is helpful.
    • Ability to obtain required food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service credentials.

    Schedule Expectations

    • Full-time leadership schedule with days, evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods, outdoor operations, seasonal openings, and special events.
    • Frequent movement between multiple resort outlets and service locations.

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and movement through restaurants, retail spaces, food trucks, bars, storage, outdoor venues, and event areas.

    Pay range $65,000-75,000 per year
