Job Details
  • Lead the hospital wide quality management program, developing and maintaining quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives
  • Keep the hospital compliant with federal, state, and accreditation standards, and coordinate all local, state, federal, and Joint Commission surveys
  • Oversee risk management, including incident reports, notices of potential claims, corrective action plans, and reporting to the corporate risk team
  • Use tools such as Press Ganey, UDS, and ORYX to spot improvement opportunities, run reports, and track outcomes

Requirements
  • Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management with primary responsibility for performance improvement and regulatory compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS guidelines and Joint Commission standards, including survey readiness
  • Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Clinical background preferred (RN, therapy, or similar), though they are open to non clinical candidates with strong quality experience
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
