Quality Assurance & Test Analyst
Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing all Quality Assurance (QA) and testing activities related to the OMS Upgrade Project.
Collaborate with project and operational teams to ensure testing activities are effectively integrated into the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
More than 5 years of experience working with large and complex ADMS/OMS systems.
Ideally, experience with GEV ADMS v3.11 or above.
Experience planning, developing, and implementing:
Test strategies
Test plans
Test scenarios
Test cases
Hands-on experience creating and executing comprehensive test cases.
Ability to coordinate effectively with:
Development teams
Business Analysts
Product Owners
Business Owners
Strong understanding of application functionality and testing requirements.
Requirements Analysis & Test Planning
Review requirements and design documents.
Log questions and clarifications into the Clarification Tracker.
Ensure all testing-related queries are resolved before testing begins.
Determine:
In-scope testing items
Out-of-scope testing items
Create comprehensive test:
Scenarios
Stories
Test cases
Ensure test coverage addresses all functionalities and requirements.
Prepare test data and verify its availability and accuracy.
Develop and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Ensure all requirements are properly validated.
Support the Test Lead in developing the overall test plan.
Test Execution
Upload test cases into the designated test management tool.
Execute all test cases thoroughly to verify application functionality.
Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new defects.
Retest defects after resolution.
Re-execute affected test cases once defects are fixed.
Document test results with:

Ensure all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is properly masked.
Defect Management
Identify and report defects discovered during testing.
