ResponsibilitiesAs an Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls only from customers associated with multiple leaders in the hospitality industry. No cold calling is required. Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Following proven sales scripts and procedures
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
- Accurately documenting customer interactions
- Meeting quality and performance expectations
