Impact Recruitment is looking for an experienced Proposal Coordinator to join our client's team in Richmond, Virginia!
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our clients team in Richmond, VA. As a Proposal Coordinator you will work with the team to create winning proposals, qualification statements, and general company collateral for professional engineering and construction management services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of proposal fundamentals, with knowledge of the A/E industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop professional services proposals for federal, state, and local agencies.
Style project descriptions, resumes, and other materials to support proposals.
Write and proof materials for readability, clarity, tone of voice, consistency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and formatting.
Monitor procurement websites for new opportunities and track existing opportunities.
Update and maintain corporate marketing materials.
Assist with business development outreach efforts and coordinating with teaming partners.
Assist with developing presentations.
Assist with performing marketing-related research.
Additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Assist with the development and submission of Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFIs).
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of proposal experience in AEC consulting industry.
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
Outstanding communication (vocabulary, usage, structure, flow, grammar, punctuation).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with strict deadlines.
Must be detail-oriented and accurate with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
