Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep technical knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This is your chance to lead complex, high-impact projects in life sciences, healthcare, and higher education—from precon to closeout—while mentoring teams and exceeding client expectations at every step.

Key Details:

• Location: Waltham, MA
• Pay: $125,000–$140,000/year (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 with some flexibility
• Work Model: Hybrid (some WFH flexibility)
• Travel: Occasional, local only

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of industry experience in MEP/FP construction
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Sage, and Timberscan is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead communication between clients, field staff, vendors, and executive team
• Manage project schedules, financials, and productivity metrics
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings and maintain 3–6 month look-aheads
• Mentor junior staff and promote innovative solutions that improve project outcomes
