Our client is an established commercial construction management and general contracting firm with a strong presence in the Texas market. The organization specializes in delivering complex projects across a variety of sectors, including office, industrial, retail, healthcare, municipal, and institutional construction. Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead project planning and preconstruction activities. Coordinate efforts between owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and project buyout activities. Review and administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project costs and financial performance. Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and contract requirements. Conduct project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
