Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Lead preconstruction activities, including scope reviews, buyout, and subcontractor selection.
Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Monitor project financial performance and proactively address budget risks.
Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and maintain client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working for a commercial general contractor.
Healthcare, education, municipal, industrial, retail, office, or public-sector project experience.
OSHA 30 certification.
PMP, CCM, or other relevant industry certifications.
