Interior Project Manager

This established general contractor specializes in commercial and medical interior construction projects throughout the region. With approximately 35 employees and annual revenue of roughly $30 million, the company has built its reputation on quality execution, client service, and long-term relationships. The Interior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Due to anticipated retirements among senior leaders, the organization is seeking an Interior Project Manager who can grow with the business and become a key contributor to future success. The Interior Project Manager will join a highly collaborative team that values respect, accountability, and a people-first culture.

Manage office and healthcare interior construction projects ranging from approximately $100K to $5M. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development. Lead projects from initial planning and preconstruction through closeout. Serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders. Review, negotiate, and approve change orders. Coordinate with Assistant Project Managers and Project Accountants assigned to each project. Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools to manage project documentation and reporting. Deliver projects within typical timelines ranging from 6 to 16 weeks. Contribute to the continued success of the Interior Project Manager team while supporting repeat-client relationships and business growth. As an Interior Project Manager, maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.

3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing office interior and/or healthcare interior projects. Proven ability to run projects from conception through completion. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills. Experience leading OAC meetings. Experience reviewing and signing off on change orders. Ability to manage projects in different phases at the same time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore. Honest, trustworthy, and accountable professional with strong integrity. Naturally inquisitive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with teams and clients. Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $100K to $5M preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short project durations and multiple priorities.

Base Salary: Up to $130,000. Annual Discretionary Bonus based on company performance, individual performance, and tenure. $500/month vehicle allowance. $100/month cell phone allowance. 401(k) available immediately. Automatic enrollment at 5% contribution with company match up to 4% on a sliding scale. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available. Company pays 50% of employee health insurance premiums.
