Project Manager

Responsibilities: of the Project Manager: • Lead certification and compliance-related projects from initiation through completion. • Align project outcomes with business objectives focused on protecting and enabling sales across European markets. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, compliance teams, sales leadership, and technical resources. • Facilitate communication between North American and European stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. • Track project performance, provide status updates, and present progress reports to leadership. • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives. Qualifications: of the Project Manager: • 3+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. • Experience supporting certification, compliance, regulatory, or governance-related projects. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographic regions and time zones. • Experience working with European teams and willingness to support some European business hours. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
