Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assume overall responsibility for successful project execution from initiation through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
Perform periodic estimating, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Manage all project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
Lead creative problem-solving efforts to address construction challenges.
Coordinate communication among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Direct and supervise project superintendents and field operations.
Negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements.
Participate in preconstruction planning and services alongside the preconstruction team.
Support, promote, and enforce company safety initiatives and procedures.
Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to project goals and client expectations.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications Needed
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.
Minimum 8 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
Strong background managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Experience with retail, hospitality, office, industrial, and design-build projects preferred.
Experience managing projects valued at $8MM+ preferred.
Strong background in project scheduling, estimating, budgeting, financial management, and subcontractor negotiations.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Experience leading project teams, field personnel, and superintendents.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project execution.
Commitment to workplace safety and construction best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
