Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors & Healthcare Construction will:
- Manage commercial and healthcare interior construction projects from conception through completion
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the construction lifecycle
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project
- Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders
- Review, negotiate, and approve change orders while managing project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with internal support teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Accountants
- Work closely with estimating, field operations, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project performance, timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage projects ranging from $100K to $5M, with a typical project size between $300K and $2M
- Support and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients in the office and healthcare sectors
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors & Healthcare Construction will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience managing office interiors, healthcare interiors, or tenant improvement projects
- Proven experience leading projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Experience running OAC meetings and serving as the primary client contact
- Strong understanding of change orders, project financials, schedules, and construction operations
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, honesty, and a collaborative mindset
- Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $100K to $5M preferred
