Our client, a consulting company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with various project management tasks. This temporary position will involve supporting project teams by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in project coordination, showcasing their ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers to ensure that all project milestones are met and that documentation is maintained. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and providing regular updates to involved parties, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications
Assist project managers in tracking project milestones and deliverables
Organize meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Update project documentation and maintain project files
Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience
