Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Norwalk, CT. Overview: The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for centralized project and program management of major initiatives and for driving best practices across the Technology division. We ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in delivering strategic projects that support business objectives. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our PMO team. This role is critical in supporting technology projects and ensuring smooth execution of project management processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, with a strong ability to manage documentation and stakeholder engagement in a technology compliance environment. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Support:
  • Attend project meetings and accurately capture detailed notes and minutes
  • Track and follow up on action items and deliverables Project
Documentation & Communication:
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, status updates, and other project communications
  • Maintain project documentation in compliance with PMO standards Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the Technology division
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project-related activities
Administrative Support:
  • Assist Project Managers in monitoring timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Support reporting and dashboard updates for PMO leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles, preferably in a technology environment
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven projects and PMO processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of technology compliance standards and best practices * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
