Title: Project Coordinator Infrastructure Planning & Enablement
Location: Plano/Dallas (Hybrid)
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Position Overview
E lan Partners is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support enterprise Workplace Technology projects, including corporate office buildouts, refreshes, relocations, and infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate understands how the different pieces of an office technology deployment come together network/circuits, wireless, desktop technology, printers, multimedia, telecom carriers, vendors, construction teams, and internal IT. This is not a hands-on engineering role. The focus is coordinating the various technical workstreams, tracking dependencies and deliverables, and keeping multiple projects moving on schedule.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate understands how the different pieces of an office technology deployment come together network/circuits, wireless, desktop technology, printers, multimedia, telecom carriers, vendors, construction teams, and internal IT. This is not a hands-on engineering role. The focus is coordinating the various technical workstreams, tracking dependencies and deliverables, and keeping multiple projects moving on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/infrastructure project coordination or project management experience.
- Experience with corporate office buildouts, relocations, refreshes, or infrastructure deployments.
- Working knowledge of networks, telecom circuits/carriers, wireless, and end-user/workplace technology.
- Experience coordinating internal IT teams, telecom providers, construction teams, and technology vendors.
- Strong project tracking skills, including schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with minimal direction.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling/tracking tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, documentation, or project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility to travel or adjust working hours as projects require.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow SPM, Project Portfolio Management, or Demand Management experience.
- Microsoft Project and Visio experience.
- Familiarity with PoE and enterprise office technology environments.
- CAPM, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workplace technology projects from planning through implementation.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and documentation.
- Coordinate network, telecom, wireless, desktop, multimedia, construction, vendor, and business workstreams.
- Track deliverables and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Support requirements gathering, budget/resource tracking, status reporting, and change management.
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, and dependencies that could impact delivery.
- Coordinate meetings, decisions, action items, and stakeholder communications.
- Support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Use AI and other tools to improve project coordination, reporting, and efficiency.
