Project Coordinator I

Provides the project manager with support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator I
LOCATION: Pico Rivera, CA
DURATION: 2 years
PAY RANGE: $31/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Level I: 0-2 Years of Experience.
  • Provides the project manager with support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.
  • Updates the project plan.
  • Assists in information collection and validation.
  • Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Day to Day:
  • The job is reviewing vendor invoices for contractual compliance and verifying all required documentation is included and signed. Inputting the correct accounting information in SAP and routing to the correct invoice approver.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Attention to detail to validate completeness and agreement between invoices and contracts
• Communication skills, both verbal and through email. This role requires communication with both vendors and our project teams.
• Ability to stay focused.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
