Description

Pay Range: $25.92hr - $35.40hr

Job Overview:

The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The successful candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions on data and information. The candidate will possess three to five years of experience in the field of analysis.

Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for developing strategies that support business needs for efficient and effective use of best practices. The candidate will identify requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks, and options to address business needs and lead implementation activities of an initiative, application, or feature set. The candidate is responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation, and training. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options while collaborating with vendors to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe. The candidate will maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

  • Provide scheduling support for User Acceptance Testing for NextGen ERP, including reserving rooms, sending invites, and configuring rooms.
  • Order food and beverages and provide onsite support to testing activities.
  • Log defects and take direction from testing leads.
  • Provide facility and logistical support and tracking support when testing is not active.
  • Coordinate and plan events and large meetings for team health and development activities, ranging from lunch and learns to major all-hands meetings.
  • Manage schedules across multiple teams and disciplines in multiple calendars.
  • Manage documentation development, storage, and updates.
  • Track attendance and report statistics.
  • Execute special projects as assigned by Advisors and Senior Project Managers.
  • Develop communications and document test defects.
  • Validate program documentation based on quality standards.
  • Develop processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of technical experts.
  • Coordinate with senior-level management.
  • Provide support as needed to set up meetings, order equipment, and manage supplies.
  • Maintain an inventory of facility issues, report issues to the correct party, and track resolution.

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Mastery of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple calendar demands at one time.
  • Knowledge of basic room AV, including Wifi connectivity.
  • Organization of tracking defects, participants, cancellations, room reservations, and budget spend tracking.
  • Ability to make presentations with a focus on safety and proactive ideas to manage and organize space.
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work while handling multiple simultaneous requests.
  • Focus on high-quality deliverables on-time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to manage small projects autonomously.
  • Expertise in tracking and reporting tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Desired Skills/Attributes:

  • Preferred knowledge of the organization's facilities and experience working with hotels or event centers.
  • Familiarity with the organization's work locations, policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual issues related to virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Expertise with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans, project status reports, and executive summaries.
  • Ability to create calendars, schedules, and reports.
  • Ability to track participation.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple meetings and logistics.
  • Ability to present complex information to a large audience at the appropriate level of detail.
