Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor approximately 40 active DWSRF infrastructure projects.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination and portfolio management.
• Work closely with Project Supervisors/Engineers, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project delivery and efficient use of DWSRF funds.
• Assist with Water Infrastructure Advisory Council (WIAC) activities and funding coordination.
• Manage loan closing documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide operational support and customer service as needed.

Requirements

• Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferences

• Experience in project management or coordination within public infrastructure, drinking water, or environmental sectors.
• Familiarity with government grants, loans, or public financing programs.
• Experience working with municipalities, public water systems, or engineering firms.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement documentation, or similar project documentation.
