    We are hiring for a Project Coordinator opportunity.

    Role: Project Coordinator

    Location: Boston, MA 02110

    Position: 1

    Work Arrangement: Onsite, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project coordination, PMO activities, meeting documentation, action item tracking, decision management, and project documentation quality.

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, unclear ownership, and incomplete information across project documentation and Jira activities.

    Required Skills

    • 2+ years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, quality assurance, or a related role
    • Associate's degree
    • Strong typing skills
    • Experience documenting meeting notes, action items, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, thorough, and timely documentation
    • Strong critical-thinking skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, unclear ownership, and incomplete information
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or comparable project collaboration tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to follow up effectively with stakeholders
    • Experience working with project documentation and quality standards
    • Professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
    • Ability to build constructive working relationships and contribute to a supportive and productive team environment
    • Local to Boston, MA and willing to work onsite three days per week

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience supporting technology implementations
    • Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery methodologies
    • Knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, fields, statuses, priorities, and dashboards
    • Familiarity with PMO governance, document control, quality standards, and project reporting
    • Experience working with multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, or geographically distributed teams
    • Experience conducting quality checks of project documentation, including test cases, defects, requirements, and assignments
    • Experience with Jira and Confluence

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare thorough, accurate, and timely meeting notes that clearly distinguish discussions, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
    • Support multiple meetings per day and prepare meeting notes in accordance with established SOPs.
    • Drive meeting notes through required review cycles and publish notes within 24 business hours of the meeting.
    • Maintain centralized records of meeting notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up commitments.
    • Monitor action items and decisions for status, completeness, and closure evidence.
    • Perform quality checks of test cases, defects, and other Jira tickets for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with project standards.
    • Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with project team members to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain categorization of action items and extract subsets as needed.
    • Prepare draft emails for project leads to distribute action item reminders to specific work groups.

    Education Requirement

    • Associate's degree is required.
