RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and capture accurate records pertaining to job statuses and billing deadlines
• Prepare and review invoicing for AR and AP
• Supervise customer billing services
• Coordinate with subcontractors to capture missing invoicing information
• Work directly with the Project Manager to develop billing schedules for our ongoing projects
• Capture and submit Key Performance Indicators
• Work directly with Field Superintendents to accurately capture field production values
