Description

TRAVEL ADMINISTRATOR

Contract 40 hours weekly 3+ months possible extension

Role is local to Cambridge, MA and HYBRID TBD

Experience working in a professional environment Job Description Data Entry and Audit of all T&E reports and Purchase card expenses Support business with audit requirements related to travel Manage relationships with travel agencies/vendors Work with procurement and agencies to negotiate travel contracts/rates

Develop/Update Travel policy/procedures Administer Purchase Card program Assist business with any/all travel arrangements SPro Approvals Drive process improvement related to Travel and Purchase Card programs Support system upgrades to Travel and Purchase card programs Ensure compliance to Client standards for Travel and Purchases Report to management team any unusual trends, difficulties obtaining information or other pending issues Performs periodic analysis/reconciliations of various accounts related to subcontracts, P-Cards and travel Manage all aspects of Purchase Card program: includes issuing new cards, all on-line maintenance of accounts, analyzes all requests for exceptions, reviews transaction for adherence to policy, looks up all projects for allocation of charges, provides training to new card holders and leads refresher training sessions Month/Quarter/Year End responsibilities Adhoc responsibilities as needed/required
