Now hiring for a Production Operator

Location: Plano, TX

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $15.00/hr.
  • 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM | Monday - Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr.
  • 3rd Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday - Sunday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr.
  • 4th Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM | Friday - Sunday + Every other Thursday | $17.00/hr.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
