Job Description:
- The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and manufacturing operations by performing material handling, assembly, inspection, packaging, and equipment-related tasks. This role works in a fast-paced environment and follows established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure materials and products are handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, sort, load, and unload materials for machines, warehouse areas, and workstations.
- Perform manual assembly, cleaning, testing, inspection, and packaging activities according to work instructions.
- Inspect products and assemblies for quality, labeling, packaging, and cosmetic compliance.
- Identify, mark, and segregate acceptable and defective products or assemblies.
- Perform basic dimensional and electrical checks as required.
- Collect, record, and summarize inspection and testing results.
- Operate and monitor automated equipment and machinery as required.
- Support equipment operators with material movement, machine alignment, adjustments, and material handling.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.
- Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material-handling environment preferred.
- Ability to work a Continental Shift, including 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
- Ability to perform physical work, including material handling and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate or work around hand tools, power tools, machinery, and warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product or packaging defects.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, First Aid, and CPR is preferred.
