We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This is a permanent position offering an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a high-volume manufacturing environment, where you'll be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English, has a background in kitchen and dye manufacturing, and has a proven track record of leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff to ensure manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
2. Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
3. Ensuring all safety regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
4. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, and ensuring that the production is cost-effective.
5. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs to uphold the highest quality.
6. Reviewing worker performance and identifying training needs to ensure continuous improvement.
7. Communicating fluently in both Spanish and English to effectively manage a diverse team and liaise with different departments.
8. Leading and motivating a team to meet production goals and maintaining a high level of employee morale.
9. Taking accountability for the success of the production line, including meeting product quality standards and production schedule.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
2. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
3. Proven experience in kitchen and dye manufacturing.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
5. Strong knowledge of production procedures and quality standards.
6. Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing management software.
7. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
8. A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to achieving production goals.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
