Job TitleEngineering ProfessionalJob DescriptionDesign, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve operational performance. Develop new manufacturing workflows from initial concept through production launch and qualification. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including routers, bills of materials, and process instructions. Analyze manufacturing data and process performance to identify improvement opportunities. Support production teams by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Develop and implement best practices, standardized work methods, and process controls. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and support a strong safety-first culture. Perform process assessments, collect measurements, and evaluate production performance metrics. Collaborate with operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve overall production outcomes. Maintain organized work practices and support workplace housekeeping standards. Experience within mechanical or manufacturing engineering environments. Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, preferably NX or similar software. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles. Understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards, specifications, and production requirements. Familiarity with heat treatment, plating, surface finishing, and other external manufacturing processes. Knowledge of workholding, fixturing, and inspection methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
