Experience within mechanical or manufacturing engineering environments. Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, preferably NX or similar software. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles. Understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards, specifications, and production requirements. Familiarity with heat treatment, plating, surface finishing, and other external manufacturing processes. Knowledge of workholding, fixturing, and inspection methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
