We are a full-service commercial and wide-format print shop located in Midtown Manhattan. We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to support our production and client services team in a hands-on administrative role.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assisting with client communication and order intake via email and over the phone
- Supporting quoting, invoicing, and order tracking using our print management software
- Maintaining and updating order records and client accounts
- Helping coordinate with production on job specs, deadlines, and file prep
- General data entry, reporting, and team support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital tools — picks up new software quickly
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in print, design, or production a plus but not required
- Entry-level candidates welcome — we'll train the right person
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with print file formats and print technicalities
- Experience with CRM, order management, or client portal software

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
