Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support: Assist in implementing daily lesson plans, organizing materials, setting up learning centers, and managing classroom flow.
Instructional Assistance: Work with children individually or in small groups to reinforce lessons on letters, numbers, shapes, and social skills.
Supervision & Safety: Ensure the safety of children on the playground, during activities, and in the classroom to prevent injury.
