    Description

    PMO Support / Project Analyst

    Location: Remote, Washington, DC

    Duration: 12 months

    Day-to-day Responsibilities:

    • Support program governance, delivery execution, and cross-workstream coordination.
    • Coordinate client and internal deliverables, track progress, and ensure timely submission of project artifacts.
    • Capture meeting notes, decisions, actions, and open items, maintaining a clear audit trail.
    • Manage Jira, SharePoint, and project trackers for improved visibility and reporting.
    • Create and maintain Jira dashboards and tracking views.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and standups.
    • Support QA/QC of presentations, reports, and stakeholder-facing materials.
    • Maintain project structure and reporting using standard delivery tools.
    • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting AI/ML, data, or analytics-driven work.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in program management, PMO execution, or project coordination.
    • 2 years of experience with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Jira.
    • 1 year of experience using Jira for reports, dashboards, and project visibility.
    • 1 year of experience managing multiple workstreams and collaborating across teams.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Scrum Master Experience Preferred.
    • Experience with QA/QC of reports and stakeholder-facing materials.
    • Understanding of the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data.
    • Exposure to AI/ML, data, analytics, or technical project environments.
    • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Bachelor's degree
