Description

Job Title: PMO Analyst
Pay Rate: $41.94
Location: 400 Park Commerce Rd., Greenville, SC (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 5-month contract, M-F, full-time (40 hours); W2

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and deploy centralized PMO dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into global project health, milestone progress, critical path performance, delivery timelines, and portfolio status.
  • Manage ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) as the authoritative source of truth for the global project portfolio by maintaining accurate project, resource, milestone, and financial data.
  • Perform regular audits of ServiceNow SPM data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with established PMO processes.
  • Monitor project delivery performance, including milestone completion, Original Promise Date (OPD) adherence, project lifecycle performance, and overall portfolio health.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting to support operational performance, project execution, and leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, delivery risks, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support PMO process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and driving consistency across project delivery teams.
  • Utilize ServiceNow SPM financial management capabilities to track project costs, forecasts, revenue, sell price, change orders, and overall portfolio financial performance.
  • Develop financial reporting that provides leadership visibility into project profitability, cost performance, revenue realization, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct financial audits and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy of project financial information.
  • Establish and maintain RAID/RIDAC tracking processes for risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions across the project portfolio.
  • Partner with project managers, engineering teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
  • Support escalation management for technical dependencies, regulatory compliance risks, and field-service deployment constraints impacting project delivery.
  • Develop customer-specific dashboards and reporting views to improve transparency into project status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with global project teams, design engineers, and operations stakeholders to improve communication, reporting accuracy, and project execution.
  • Interpret high-level engineering timelines, including electrical drawing package schedules, and assess their impact on project milestones and delivery commitments.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations to improve project performance and operational efficiency.

Skills:

  • Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), formerly IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including:
    • Portfolio Management
    • Project Management
    • Demand Management
    • Resource Management
    • Financial Management
  • Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PMO operations, project governance, portfolio reporting, and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions (RAID/RIDAC).
  • Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, operations teams, and executives.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant PMO, ServiceNow, or project portfolio management experience considered.
