Acute Care Physical Therapist – Hospital-Based | $5K Sign-On | Loan Repayment + Relocation

Position Highlights

• Acute care at a mission-driven, non-profit hospital system
• Open to new grads and those transitioning into acute, mentorship built in
• Caseload variety: ICU, neuro, ortho, post-surgical, trauma, joint replacement
• $5,000 sign-on bonus plus loan repayment and relocation support
• PSLF eligible
• ~10 patients/day, no productivity pressure, generous treatment times
• Flexible scheduling, light weekends, 20 days PTO

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible soon)
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome
• Strong communicator who works well on interdisciplinary teams
• Passionate about evidence-based, compassionate hospital care
