About the Role:
Green Pest Management is looking for a motivated and organized Pest Control Office Manager to join our growing team in Nashville, TN! This is a fantastic opportunity to lead day-to-day office operations for a dynamic pest control company where your leadership and customer service skills will truly shine.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes
• Manage scheduling and dispatch of pest control technicians for residential and commercial service routes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups
• Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate billing and financial records
• Coordinate with sales and field teams to support business growth and customer retention

Requirements:

• 2+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience, preferably in pest control or a related field
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Knowledge of pest control industry regulations and licensing is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
