We are an established and growing personal injury law firm dedicated to representing individuals injured in auto accidents, premises liability matters, and workplace injury cases. As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking motivated and ambitious litigation attorneys with 0–6 years of personal injury litigation experience to join our team.

You’ll work alongside a seasoned support team and managing attorneys while handling your own caseload from filing through resolution. The department focuses on motor vehicle and other non-catastrophic injury cases, allowing for high-volume experience, trial exposure, and measurable growth within a structured system. It is an ideal position for someone aspiring to become a top-level trial attorney.
Responsibilities
Manage an active litigation docket with paralegal and staff support.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or co-counsel.
Evaluate case value and participate in settlement strategy and negotiation.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters.
Collaborate closely with managing partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required: Juris Doctor (JD) and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
Between 0 - 6 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Competencies:
Excellent research and writing skills.
Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism.
