What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed pediatric ER with nearly 55,000 annual visits
- Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
- Engage in teaching and mentorship of residents, fellows, and medical students
- Work alongside child life specialists and social workers to support patient care
- Participate in patient handoffs and ensure seamless transitions with ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams
- Maintain clinical excellence through adherence to protocols and patient safety standards
- Utilize support staff and resources to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
What You Need
- A current valid medical license in Nevada or eligibility to obtain one
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Recent inpatient or emergency experience desired
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
