What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a 30-bed ER with an annual volume of nearly 55,000 patients
- Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
- Participate in teaching and mentoring residents and fellows in a supportive educational environment
- Engage with child life specialists and pediatric social workers to enhance patient care
- Utilize full scribe coverage to improve efficiency and focus on clinical excellence
- Coordinate care transitions with Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards in pediatric emergency medicine
What You Need- Valid license and certification as a Pediatrician (Board Certified or Eligible)
- Recent inpatient or ER experience in pediatrics (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work full-time and rotate through scheduled shifts
