What You’ll Do
- Provide expert clinical care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUs across two campuses.
- Utilize advanced neonatal equipment including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric subspecialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and teaching programs.
- Communicate with families and support staff to deliver compassionate, family-centered care.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment fostering professional development.
What You Need
Required:- BC/BE in Neonatology
- Valid medical license to practice in Nevada or eligible for licensure
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
Preferred:- Experience with advanced neonatal technologies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
