Ensures 401k deferrals and loan deductions are withheld
Prepares files for dead inventory, generic earnings and additional payroll processing
Facilitates Payroll Budget Process
LA Tax incentive and other specific town/parish incentives
Benefit Responsibilities:
Administers the day-to-day and annual operations of the 401(k) plan
Responsible for preparation of Form 5500 for the 401(k) and cafeteria plans
Other Responsibilities:
Review and approval of offer letters for recruiting department
FCRA - Fair Credit Reporting Act
EEO-1 reporting
Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case files
Responsible for annual workers compensation audit
Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
