COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You bring progressive pastry leadership experience from a luxury hotel, resort, or Forbes-rated property.
  • You inspire, train, and develop teams through clear direction, accountability, and genuine care.
  • You have exceptional attention to quality, accuracy, consistency, and presentation.
  • You organize priorities, delegate effectively, solve problems, and meet demanding production deadlines.
  • You understand kitchen operations, ingredients, equipment, food-safety standards, and recipe development.
  • You communicate and collaborate confidently across culinary, service, and operational teams.
