Compensation:
Pay Range: $150,000-$175,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
• Located in the vibrant region of New York, this full-time position requires a dynamic individual to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
• The role involves collaborating across various departments to drive partner enablement and revenue impact. A strong understanding of generic technology solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand strategic partnerships from initiation through long-term growth.
• Create and implement partner playbooks and enablement assets to drive adoption.
• Engage with partners through joint calls, events, and regular touchpoints.
• Develop scalable systems for partner onboarding and lead generation.
• Maintain rigorous tracking of partner activities and opportunities in a CRM system.

Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and implement technology solutions.
• Exceptional operational skills for managing execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficient in managing pipeline and partner activity using CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
