Part-Time Project Coordinator Description:

• Provide analytical support for planning, implementing, and monitoring capital projects and asset acquisitions.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams on capital projects, renovations, and project estimates.
• Review and manage capital budgets, create project descriptions, and facilitate agreements with lenders and owners.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee payment schedules, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist with the capital planning process and fiscal management, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.
• Review monthly CIP entries, collaborate with property management, and track progress on projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
