Role - Business Analyst
Location – Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months Contract

Required skills:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Utilize Salesforce Admin knowledge to configure and support users, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct workshops, process mapping sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
Create business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and change management activities.
Analyze and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino business processes.

Nice to have skills:
experienced Onshore Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into Salesforce and nCino solutions while leveraging Salesforce Administration knowledge to support platform enhancements and adoption.

Salesforce Certified Administrator
