Part-time Instructor - Artificial Intelligence (AI) JobID: 974 Position Type: Part-time InstructionDate Posted: 9/25/2026Location: Riverside Campus Additional Information: Show/HidePosition Description:2-4 years experience in an educational setting or industry experience in training others.Experience leading and facilitating instruction in artificial intelligence (AI).Ability to teach individuals with various backgrounds and skill levels, making AI concepts accessible and understandable.Essential Job Functions for all ACD Instructors:Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and experience in the appropriate subject matter.Instruct students in competency-based program curriculum using current instructional strategies appropriate to the subject matter to assure highest quality classroom instruction.Effectively manage the classroom to create an optimal learning environment.Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, academic progress and grades as required by district policy and certification/regulatory agencies.Ensure syllabus, supply list and lesson plans are current prior to each class taught.Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech's ACD programParticipate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.Education:High School Diploma or EquivalentShift: EveningsSalary Schedule:Standard rate schedule for non-regular (temporary, adjunct, substitute) and regular part-time employeesHiring Range:$30 per hourBenefits:N/APhysical Demands:This is an overview intended for compliance with the ADA it is not an exhaustive list of the duties to be performed.
